Since the company’s inception in 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the company has provided urgent and primary care services to an average of 250,000 patient visits per year in multiple clinic locations Utah, Nevada and North Dakota. Rachot Vacharothone, MD, “Doctor Rachot” to his friends and patients— built 10 urgent care/ primary care clinics and created in 2009 a successful direct care employer and consumer medical capitation-subscription based payment programs in the country that saves his employer clients and patients hundreds of thousands of dollars each year while guaranteeing that their basic medical care needs are met.
The Medallus Medical North Dakota Partner and CEO is overseen by Noelle Riehl, BSN, MSN FNP-C, the Jamestown Medallus Medical Clinic CEO, and has patient referring relationships with the specialists at Jamestown Regional Medical Center, Sanford Health Providers and Hospitals, Essentia Health Providers and Hospital and St. Alexius/CHI.
